Introduction 

We send out feedback surveys each quarter to see how our recent clients feel about our language services. At Wolfestone, we value listening to our customers and adapting to their needs. These surveys are just one of the ways we ensure that we maintain high standards and produce quality work.  

Below are the key points from the third quarter’s surveys. We’re happy with them – but see for yourself! 

 

How would you rate your experience with Wolfestone? 

Our clients rated us on a scale of 1 to 5 for this question. The majority of respondents gave us full marks. 

76% of Wolfestone clients would rate their experience as 5 out of 5. 

Client satisfaction is one of the key areas that Wolfestone focuses on. These surveys are only the first step towards this goal. We’re also open from the beginning with what service type is most suitable for each project, and then we work to stay in touch with our clients throughout the process. This communicative attitude is one of the major reasons we are so highly rated by our clients. 

The remaining 24% of respondents gave us 4 out of 5. We recognise that this means there is still more work to be done - and we are ready to do it! However, this is still a great result and we’re proud of our staff for helping us achieve such positive results. 

 

How would you rate your most recent project with Wolfestone? 

We’ve tackled a lot of projects this quarter! Wolfestone is always making an effort to expand and grow, but we never want that to impact the quality of our translations. As such, no matter how many projects we complete, we want them all to go well. The statistics show that we have been successful in achieving this. 

84% of Wolfestone clients would rate their most recent project as 5 out of 5. 

8% of respondents gave us a 4, and the remaining 8% gave us a 3. The lack of low responses on this question is great to see, though we can strive to get this statistic even higher next quarter. To do that, we’ll need to take on even more projects – perhaps you have one we could help with? 

 

What is the main reason you chose Wolfestone for your project? 

This question has a lot of potential answers, so we gave our clients plenty of options to respond with. Even so, one of the answers with the most results was Other (please specify below) which was then followed up with even more options. 

So here are some of the extra answers people typed in:

Out of the answer option we provided, there were a few that received more votes than others. For example… 

24% of clients chose us for our turnaround time, and a further 10% chose us for our customer service. 

Other options include Competitive Pricing, Languages Offered, and Quality of Translations – all of which received at least one vote! 

 

On a scale of 0-10 how likely is it that you would recommend Wolfestone to others? 


Taking a break from the 1-5 scale, this question allows for a rating from 1-10. None of the responses we received were below 7.  

64% of Wolfestone clients would recommend Wolfestone to others. 

16% chose 9, another 16% chose 8, and 4% chose 7. That’s a lot of numbers – but what do they mean? Essentially, what all this boils down to is that all of our clients from quarter 3 would be likely to recommend Wolfestone. We’re honoured! 

 

Where did you hear about Wolfestone? 

The most-chosen option for this question was Used Previously. 

48% of Wolfestone Clients from this quarter were existing customers. 

This is great news for us, as we can see that our clients are happy enough with our services to keep coming back, again and again. 

Additionally, 32% of Wolfestone clients from this quarter heard about us through referral, which just goes to show that the previous question’s answers were accurate. Not only would our clients be happy to recommend us – many of them clearly have recommended us!

Conclusion 

We’re really pleased with the overwhelmingly positive feedback from this quarter. We know that there is always room for improvement, but the comments here have shown that our current clients are content with our progress as a company and the services we provide.
