Introduction 

 

At the end of every quarter, we send out a Feedback Survey to all of our clients from that quarter. For us, this is an important insight into how well we are doing, and what we need to change. 

For you, this is an opportunity to gain insider knowledge into how Wolfestone works. 

We are going to show you our results, and what our clients have to say about us. This level of openness and clear communication is at the very core of how Wolfestone operates. These numbers should give you a good indication of what working with Wolfestone is like, so you can make an informed decision. 

 

What To Expect From Wolfestone? 

 

Question One: How would you rate your experience with Wolfestone? 

Question Two: How would you rate your most recent project with Wolfestone? 

In the above questions are the first two questions in our feedback survey. These are quite possibly the most important questions in our Feedback Survey. We use these to gauge whether people are happy with our services, and our products. 

Worded differently, these questions ask: Do you like Wolfestone? 

84.85% of respondents did like their experience with Wolfestone, as they responded either “Very Satisfied” or “Satisfied” to question one. A further 3.03% gave a neutral answer meaning there were only a couple of negative responses. 

Additionally, 87.88% of respondents gave us a “Very Satisfied” or “Satisfied” rating for their most recent project with Wolfestone on Question Two. This means that, even though we got the Wolfestone experience got a high score, our final projects made even more people happy. These are some great results, and pretty high statistics, but we can aim to do even better next quarter! 

Question Three: What’s the main reason you chose Wolfestone for your project? 

Answer Options: Competitive Pricing, Turnaround Time, Customer Service, Service Offered, Language Offered, Quality Translations, Other 

This question helps identify some of the qualities that draw people to Wolfestone. We include a wide array of options so that people can choose what suits them best, and we even gave an ‘Other’ option, so that people can add in their own explanations. For example, some comments that people left in this category are shown below:

I had previously worked with Wolfestone and trusted them and knew they would also deliver on time at a good price 

used in the past, always good service 

This idea of returning to Wolfestone after being happy with our services in the past is backed up by the responses we got to the next question. 

Question Four: On a scale of 0-10, how likely is it that you would recommend Wolfestone to others? 

Question Five: For your next relevant project, how likely are you to use Wolfestone? 

These two questions are relevant to Wolfestone’s quality of service. Our client’s may be happy with our range of services, but is the work they do with us enjoyable enough that they return for another project? And would they trust us enough to recommend Wolfestone to colleagues and friends? 

Well, according to the results, yes, they would! 

For Question Four, 90.91% of respondents gave an answer of 5 or above, implying that they would be willing to recommend us to others. 

As for Question Five, 87.88% of respondents were positive in their answer and are either ‘Likely’ or ‘Very Likely’ to use Wolfestone for their next revenant project.  In fact, the majority of those answers were ‘Very Likely’ as 75.76% of respondents chose this option.

Question Six: Where did you hear about Wolfestone? 

Answer Options: Used Previously, Referral, Search Engine, Social Media, Online Advertising, Tradeshow, Email, Other 

When trying to get to the bottom of what people think about Wolfestone, we also have to figure out how to get people thinking about Wolfestone in the first place! The above channels are all used to spread our message, and ensure people are aware of the work we do, to help them choose the right LSP for their projects.  

The most popular answer for this question was Used Previously. Just over half of the respondents selected this answer - a total of 54.55%. The second most popular result was Referral.  

The answers to this question confirms that the answers to the previous question were the truth. People are returning to us for relevant projects, and they are recommending Wolfestone to others. 

To end our survey, we asked for comments from the respondents. This helps us to get a good idea of what people think, and we also showcase some comments in our newsletter, which you can subscribe to here. For example: 

“Service was very prompt, had to rush several times and were always able to meet deadline…” 

“great service - and right first time. thank you” 

 

Conclusion 

 

Hopefully, this has given you some insight into what our clients think of us. These statistics from quarter 4 of 2022 show that we have been successful in meeting our client’s needs. Now that 2023 is here, it’ll be interesting to see if we can get even better statistics this year!
